Interview by Amy Carr
Eleni, whose Pulse Taekwondo studio is in Astoria — Queens, New York — recently spoke to me about her BioGeometry experience.
“Begin at the beginning, Eleni,” I counseled. It’s always interesting to learn how people define their BioGeometry narrative arc.
“For me, it all started in October 2016, I had been running my relatively small TaeKwondo studio in Astoria. We were then, as now, serving both adults and children. Among our students were the two children of Nancy Torres, who had been attending weekly for a couple of years. Around that time, Nancy suggested that I consider having the studio harmonized according to the principles of BioGeometry. She explained that BioGeometry has the capacity to untangle blocked energy within a space; dilute the effects of emf; enable access to the sacred power spots that exist within any and all spaces. When a business environment is BioGeometry harmonized, the quality of services experienced by its customers is raised, and the business itself often prospers, too, as a result.
Nancy explained how profoundly BioGeometry had benefited her own family. She also offered examples of other situations in which BioGeometry harmonization had yielded profound results. In Hemberg, Switzerland, for example, BioGeometry founder Dr. Ibrahim Karim harmonized the entire area, to great effect. This resolved emotional and physical health issues which had emerged among local residents immediately following installation of a cell phone tower at a local church.
“And what did this spark in you?” I want to know.
“Frankly, the wheels started turning almost immediately. The thing is, I take the practice of Taekwondo, and providing it to others, very seriously. I started the practice myself at a very young age, around seven or eight. I had a hearing disability. I was also late in speech and learning-challenged. Movement and sports, martial arts, were my outlets. Learning and mastering those things proved life-changing. I eventually entered — and won — an international Taekwondo competition.”
“The truth is, for me, it was never really about winning. It was about going from coping to thriving. To be able to simultaneously focus, physically and intellectually, to become empowered to be my best self. To feel confident and joyful; engaged.”
“I made the decision to open Pulse Taekwondo with the goal of giving each person who walked in the door the same thing.
“From day one I put every ounce of myself into seeing to it that my students would achieve the best outcomes possible. This starts with creating a peaceful, kind and respectful environment. An environment that’s conducive to supporting everyone in being 100% present to what we’re offering — and what they themselves are capable of achieving.”
“For me, Kids’ Taekwondo, Teen and Adult Taekwondo, and Kick Boxing are all on the Pulse Taekwondo menu of peace-inducing processes we serve up. And every student is given the chance to absorb this energy. The longer people study with us the greater their capacity to carry this energy into their everyday lives.”
“Amazing!” I say. “How does this work? I’m sure the results are great. Notwithstanding that everyone studies and learns at their own pace. We are, after all, human.”
“So true,” Eleni says. “For some students things can be extra challenging because of the issues they bring with them. These can range from emotional distress of the kind we all experience from time to time, or even constantly, to things like autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities, both mild and less so.
“I’m constantly seeking ways to optimize each person’s experience. And whether students ultimately reach their goal of mastering a discipline, each time they come, I want them to leave feeling positive about having been here. With the sense that they’ve increased their knowledge; that they’ve received something important. And have been able to give back. Both are crucial. Letting someone know that you recognize that they have something valuable to give can be life-changing.”
“I hear you, Eleni. This is beautiful,” I say.
“So,” Eleni continues, “the more Nancy spoke to me about BioGeometry, the more I became intrigued. I’m on board with anything that brings good energy to the studio; anything that enhances the energy in our studio. I say ‘our studio,’ because while it’s technically my studio, I think of it as belonging, equally, to each person who walks in the door.”
“And so, in June 2017, I of course made the decision to have Nancy harmonize Pulse Taekwondo studio. This was when we were located at 19-31 Ditmars Blvd.”
“And what happened?”
“The results were great. And immediate. Shortly after Nancy harmonized the space, we had an influx of new students. So many new students that I had to take a bigger space. I found something that was not only bigger but airier and more spacious. And nearby, so it’s convenient for everyone. And the best thing is that the difference in price was negligible.”
“Another great outcome,” I exclaim.
“Yes!” Eleni exclaims back. “And I would say this was just plain lucky, except that I feel sure that BioGeometry had everything to do with it.”
“So of course I had Nancy harmonize the new studio. How could I not? There’s no such thing as too much positive energy. And with BioGeometry in the picture, our good energy and positivity cups runneth over.”
“I couldn’t agree more,” I say. “And how has BioGeometry been for the students?”
“Wonderful! There was one student who, when he first enrolled, was constantly jumping at me,” Eleni tells me. “Waving his hands in my face. Unable to calm down and just be here. Two classes later, he was in a completely different energetic space.”
“And parents say they’ve noticed greater improvement in their children’s focus and listening skills. For children on the autism spectrum this is especially profound. More even than most others, they feed off the energy of the space they’re in.”
“One mom of a child with autism, a mom who put a lot of effort into creating a comforting environment for him at home, noticed that he began to feel equally calm, equally good, here in the studio, as he does at home. He also grew in confidence. In the ability to experience a sense of belonging.”
“Another child on the spectrum, who came to us at seven to eight years old, experienced what feels like an amazing turnaround. When he first came in his mom was always on top of him. She had to be. After a period of time here, concurrent with Nancy’s harmonization of the space, he’s been able to participate in our advanced Taekwondo class. He’s also not nearly as shy as he used to be. He’s much more talkative. It’s like a miracle!”
Another student had an assignment at school to write an essay about her definition of community. Her mom, who’s a teacher herself and pays careful attention to her daughter’s schoolwork, told me she said community is how it feels for her to be here; at Pulse. This warms my heart.”
“And what happened during the pandemic?”
“We offered online classes that filled up in a nanosecond.”
“And now?”
“Now that we have the joy of once again being able to offer classes onsite and in person, the good vibes continue. I can see how much adults and children alike get so much out of being here; taking classes; enjoying each other’s company. Benefiting from the positive energy that continues to flow, and that we work to maintain. Having P3 harmonization as a foundation supports this.”
“I feel blessed to have met both Nancy and BioGeometry! Plus, I love knowing that my students are equally blessed!”

Interview by Amy Carr
“What drew you to BioGeometry,“ I ask Jacob, a family man residing with his wife and elementary school age children in upstate New York.
I’ve always been a holistic wellness kind of guy. Always looking to do whatever I can to boost everyone’s health and wellbeing. Eat well. Exercise. Get adequate rest. And take care of the environment. Live in a home with as few deleterious influences as possible; minimal exposure to EMF; to all toxic materials.”
“When the pandemic hit, we were in Buffalo. Not New York City, but still urban; densely populated. I thought we should move to someplace rural,” he added, sipping the Nootropic filling his large brown mug.” I saw this on-screen. “I’d offer you some,” he quipped, “but …”
“There’s 500 miles between us?” I smiled.
“Yup.”
“Keep going,” I said. “I can relate.”
“Since I can work from anywhere, we chose country life. Having a garden. Growing vegetables. To minimize our kids’ exposure and enable in-person learning, we joined a home schoolers’ group.”
“Nice,” I said.
“It was, except something was affecting us. Neither I nor my wife could place what it was. We thought it might low-level EMF poisoning. That was just a guess.”
“Yeah,” I said, “That’s a real thing. A lot’s been written about it.”
“Still, we liked being in the country. Liked where we were – aesthetically and the people we were getting to know. We wanted to settle down. Buy land; build a house. Choose the materials and introduce what safety measures we could.”
“What was your process?” I asked. This was fascinating, especially to someone living in New York City, where choosing materials or other elements of your living space, except for things like flooring, countertops, the fabric on your upholstered furniture, is impossible.”
“I found a building biologist,” Jacob said. “Someone who helps people build healthy homes, with low EMF, for example. They advise on healthy product choices. Ensure the water, for drinking and bathing, is pure. Ensure the electricity has no adverse effects. Block EMF, except where you absolutely need it. The process was expensive, time-consuming, cumbersome. But to protect my family’s physical and mental health – I know I’m lucky to be able to – I simply didn’t have a choice.”
“I’m impressed with your commitment to your family. So far so good?”
“Except that the house would take a year to be finished. And we weren’t that happy in our rental. The kids weren’t getting along; my wife and I had our share of disagreements. And while there were no major health issues, no covid, we were getting infections, allergies. What the average family tolerates. We, with our holistic health bag of tricks, less so.”
“Challenging.” All this gave me pause.
“Even our garden felt off. The vegetables weren’t thriving. And part of the reason for relocating had been to be able, at least partly, to grow fruits and vegetables. We engaged a local botanist; nourished the soil to effectively yield crops. It didn’t.”
“I was pretty frustrated. And telling everyone willing to listen. Partly because I needed an ear and partly because I had a glimmer of hope there was something out there that could help us. I just hadn’t found it yet.”
“And there was?”
“Yup. Someone I trusted mentioned BioGeometry. How effectively it could deal with off-balance energy. The same protocols the Ancients used to select auspicious locations for the Pyramids and other sacred edifices – churches, mosques, etc.”
“Then came the real gift. I did some research, talked to more people, and found Jean Menges, a top-notch BioGeometry practitioner who came to our rental property to determine what was causing the disconnect in our health and well-being.”
“Jean completed a first round of BioGeometry. There was a sulfur smell. It reeked. We also had hard water. No matter how carefully we rinsed our hands after washing, there was a residual soap sud film. We all had dry hair. Glasses and silverware, carefully washed, always had spots. Our clothes had mineral stains. The water pressure was abysmal.
“Jean employed BioGeometry to correct the grid lines inside the house and address energy issues on the electrical panel, water source, modem/router, etc. Pretty quickly, things started changing. Almost immediately, the sulfur smell went away. There was a sense of Harmony. The children’s health improved. Their spirits lifted; they were happier. This was beautiful to see. To maintain this, when we leave home we all wear Bioeometry pendants.”
“Did other people notice?” I asked.
“Absolutely. People entering our home said things like ‘This feels like a happy place.’ Visits from in-laws became more palatable, ha ha. There’s a sense of protection and safety; you want to come home and be home.”
“All this happened after one series of BioGeometry treatments?”
“Yes. And we wanted more.
“We brought Jean back to treat the surrounding land, where she identified more power spots. Places we all now walk to every day. She introduced BioGeometry into our garden. Everything grew better; tasted better. Consuming it felt restorative. She optimized my Tesla charger; corrected the workings of the car. Introduced BG3 – BioGeometry-ese for positive, centering, sacred energy – to our computers, all our devices; musical instruments. She worked on our Tesla and Pulse machines. Determined the 6-sided pyramid we meditate under needed adjusting: using tape on the base, she converted it to an optimal eight-sided structure. If my new, nirvana-like aura is any gauge, this worked like a charm.
“We bring BioGeometry tools to our kids’ home school group. The children don’t even know it’s there. The teachers notice, though. They report a noticeable shift: students exhibiting more calm and focus.”
“You’re a great advocate of BioGeometry,” I comment.
“Yes. And I’m not an easy sell. Skepticism is my middle name.”
“I’m like that, too,” I say. “And your new house? You’re still planning to move? With things going so well where you are?”
“We are happy here. Still, for the long term, we want a home that meets our needs in a more expansive way. My wife and I agree the best thing is to apply BioGeometry to building our new house. Especially since P3, a recent advance based on Dr. Karim’s research, will enable more precision and refinement.”
“We’re working with Jean Menges and Doreya, the daughter of Dr. Karim, who quantified the science behind BioGeometry. Founded the practice. They’re specifying the design, placement and orientation of the new house. Where the well and pool will be; where internet and phone lines coming into the house will be placed. They’re harmonizing the building materials and helping us determine where to situate our garden.”
“BioGeometry is more cost-effective than blocking EMF. It’s also more effective in creating true harmony; attaching to the flow of what’s already happening.
“Besides, blocking EMF is tricky. Because it’s crucial to be connected. To conduct business; maintain touch with people; keep abreast of what’s going on in the world. Still, EMF can do a number on your mind and your body. Not everyone is aware of this – or has the means to address it.”
“But when hear about ‘The Miracle of Hemberg,’ how BioGeometry made a difference in a small town in Switzerland, it becomes crystal clear. Dr. Karim was called in to correct the ill effects of electro-sensitivity, a.k.a. electro smog, on the locals. Poor sleep, headaches, dissipated energy. A tendency to argue. All this correlated with installation of a Wifi antenna at a local church. As soon as Dr. Karim installed BioGeometry shapes people reported an almost immediate turnaround. Better sleep, fewer headaches, more calm, an upsurge in energy. And this stood the test of time. Two years on, people were still experiencing positive effects.”
“I know about this project,” I say. “Still, you present it in a compelling way.”
“That’s because I’m gob-smacked by what BioGeometry can do to improve life on this Earth, which is, ultimately, our forever home. And while no one has yet studied this, I wonder if we won’t learn that BioGeometry has a protective effect on the Earth. It certainly honors the Earth’s energy stasis. Implementing it on a large scale could have a considerable effect,” Jacob adds, clearly moved.”
“One problem is that, in our world, EMF is vital. Still, it either kills you or cures you. And without a safety valve like BioGeometry, it does both. The classic ‘can’t live with it; can’t live without it’ syndrome, playing out in front of us.”
Jacob concludes by telling me that he and his wife completed foundation and advanced BioGeometry training, and frequently speak to local groups about the practice. They want to be certain people understand the potential of BioGeometry to significantly reduce the ill effects of EMF.”
“Thank you for taking the time to talk to me, Jacob,’ I say. “When will your new home be ready? Could we follow up when it is?”
“November 2022. Sure.”
“Great,” I say. “I’ll be in touch.”

Interview by Amy Carr
Colleen and I speak on a recent afternoon. She’s been recommended to me as yet another person who has experienced positive results from the BioGeometry harmonizing of her home.
She knows why I want to talk to her, and I plunge right in.
“Tell me something about you,” I ask. It’s always helpful to be able to put people’s stories in context.
“I live in a two-family house in Rosedale, Queens. For those not familiar with the area, this is a partly suburbanized neighborhood in New York City. I moved in with my fiance’s family when our son was born so we would have the whole family under one roof. We live in a two-family house. The other resident is my fiance’s mom, who adores our little one and often watches him for us.”
“Before that, I was living in Bohemia, in Suffolk County, Long Island for five years. Before that, Levittown, and prior to that I was traveling all over the world on cruise ships! I would visit my home in St. Louis, Missouri, between ship contracts. But I was born and raised in New Jersey!” [laughs]
“You’re something of a vagabond,” I comment. For someone who has lived in New York City for pretty much my whole life, Colleen’s journey sounds like a grand adventure.
“And your work?” I ask.
“That’s a bit of a saga,” Colleen tells me. “I started out doing marketing and design for an e-commerce company. The work was okay, but I felt like a fish out of water.”
“I worked on manifesting a new career where I would be surrounded by like-minded people. And I also wanted to get back into the holistic health field in which I’d had some prior experience.
“This eventually led me, in October of 2021, to be hired to manage the front desk at HealthPoint Natural Nutrition & Chiropractic Center. I felt a connection right away with Dr. Cori Stern who founded the practice, and was also in need of someone like me. This felt so right, especially since I feel perfectly aligned with Dr. Cori’s approach. Being in an environment with like-minded people, I was immediately happy. I also have the benefit of being a patient of Dr. Cori, who helped me to shed my pregnancy weight and feel better than I had in many years!
”The truth is, I’ve always been drawn to alternative approaches to things,” Colleen tells me.
“And how did you find your way to BioGeometry?”
“Soon after starting at Dr. Cori’s, I met Nancy, who is one of her patients. I saw on her intake form that she listed BioGeometry Practitioner as her profession. I immediately wanted to know more.
“And when Nancy explained that BioG addresses and corrects the negative effects of EMF, I was even more interested. EMF is something I’ve always been concerned about. I know, for instance, that commonly-used earbuds, like Airpods, emit radiation. As a musician who regularly performs – and spends a lot of time rehearsing – I knew that I must find low-EMF headphones. Thankfully, I found some high fidelity low-EMF headphones that I love! But I was still concerned. About things like the cell phone towers and wifi we’re exposed to, just about everywhere we go. I had never stopped being concerned about the effect this could be having on me and my family; on everyone, in fact. I got to know more about Nancy’s work with BioGeometry and engaged her to complete intro level harmonizing of my apartment.”
“And how did it go?” I ask.
“In the process of assessing my space, Nancy noticed both my crystals and the orgonite clusters I’d placed in the yard, on the refrigerator, on windowsills. I’d put them there to deflect toxic levels of EMF.
“Could you explain what orgonite is?” I ask.
“Of course,” Colleen says. “It’s a rocklike material composed of resin, metal, and quartz. Orgonite has been shown to balance and harmonize bio-energy; dissipate EMF. Still, unlike BioGeometry shapes that are installed in a space, orgonite needs to be maintained constantly. Regularly cleared of the negative energy it absorbs and neutralizes. The problem is there isn’t an established way to do this.
“Knowing this, I realized I needed to find another way to eliminate the effects of EMF. It became clear that BioGeometry harmonization was the way to accomplish this.”
“And how did Nancy harmonizing your home affect your quality of life?”
“Nancy did a lot of work in the area where we sleep. She harmonized our bed. This felt especially important because my fiancé, in general, has trouble sleeping. Because of back pain. Stress at work. She put BioGeometry stickers on the bed frame. We immediately slept better after that. He actually slept like a baby the very first night. That in itself was really cool!”
“What else did Nancy do?”
“Nancy balanced and harmonized the faucet under kitchen sink. To ensure our water would be EMF-free. Next, I brought her down to the basement, where the electrical panels are.
“The whole process was fascinating. I knew the general concepts. That certain shapes could harmonize the entire electrical panel. That installing them could minimize or even eliminate the effects of EMF.
“Still, watching Nancy work was blowing my mind. She would go around, experiment with placing shapes in different locations and at different angles; use pendulums and other methods to check frequencies.
“Then she harmonized our little guy’s crib. He’s three and has been sleeping really well ever since.”
“What other things did Nancy do?”
“I asked her to put a BioGeometry strip in my car. I had used other things in there, including some orgonite. None of it did the trick. And ever since the BioGeometry strip has been in there, the energy inside the car feels much better.”
“Any overarching things you’ve noticed?” I ask.
“There’s a difference in the overall feeling of the place. A difference in how we feel. The thing is, we have busy schedules. My fiancé and I both work. He’s a commercial and industrial real estate broker. And we’re both musicians.
“I’m a saxophonist. And I sing. We both play with the Billy Joel tribute band, ‘Pat Farrell & The Cold Spring Harbor Band.’ And with ‘All Revved Up: The Ultimate Meatloaf Tribute Band.’ And with Vinyl Revival. We’ve been performing all over Long Island for years.
“So in addition to our day jobs, we have gigs, rehearsals, and of course take responsibility for caring for our son. It’s all pretty hectic. Still, since Nancy harmonized the space, the atmosphere is just calmer and lighter.
“Are there other ways this has been making a difference?”
“I’m coming into my own a little bit more recently. Feeling more confident. More in touch with my own gifts,” Colleen says with a sigh of relief.
“It’s like I’m able to get into the flow of my life with greater ease. Overcome obstacles.”
“Anything more?” I ask. I can tell there is!
“My life, in general, feels more spiritual,” Colleen tells me. “I’m making a lot of progress on finding and following my own personal, spiritual path. Working toward becoming the best version of myself.
“And while there’s a part of me that wonders if this might have happened anyway, I can’t help but think BioGeometry is making the difference, especially given that it’s both spiritual and scientific.”
“What are your plans, in the BioGeometry realm, going forward? I ask, sensing Colleen has some.
“I’m so fascinated by the whole thing, and would love to experience more, learn more about it. Maybe I’ll pursue becoming a practitioner one day? BioGeometry seems to fill in all of the gaps for me- answers the questions that have been lingering for all this time- it’s like the missing puzzle piece!”
“Thank you for taking the time to talk with me, Colleen,” I say. “I feel enriched, enlightened and inspired, by all that you’ve shared. Shall we reconnect in a few months? To see what new developments you may have to report?”
“Yes!” Colleen exclaims. “Feel free to reach out.”
“Peace,” I say. “And bye for now.”

Amy Carr’s Story
I’ve always had a somewhat unconventional approach to life. This, I’ve come to realize, far from being a liability, is actually an asset.
The story began in the offices of a small public relations firm at which I worked. The firm’s founder, whose family had fled World War II Poland and emigrated to Harbin, China, introduced me to the tenets of Chinese and herbal medicine she had learned growing up. Things like, “Like heals like,” which for her meant things like that those suffering from kidney issues should eat kidneys. And, “Garlic can treat just about whatever ails you.” This, I learned, was quite true. Garlic, consumed raw in gargantuan amounts, healed almost every infection I contracted.
Following this, I continued to follow non-mainstream approaches, seeking out chiropractors, acupuncturists, herbalists, and more, all to positive effect. I also practiced meditation and took yoga classes; did inner child work; and learned the basics of BodyTalk. I also took ballet classes, mainly to capture the joy I’d felt as a child, engaging in this.
I met Jean in the early 2000s through a dear friend who shared my holistic medicine approach. “You absolutely must take your little one to see her,” she told me. The little one to whom she was referring was my daughter, now in her mid-20’s, then in elementary school.
“What does she do?” I asked.
Whatever is needed,” Arlene told me. “Jean, who is skilled in acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and something called BodyTalk will, in her exemplary way, assess the situation at hand. And identify exactly what will be of the most benefit. And apply it. It’s all quite profound.”
I made an appointment right away. And following this, many more, since Jean’s treatment was unfailingly effective. What struck me most about Jean was that she was, in equal measure, empathic, knowledgeable, skilled.
In late 2018 into early 2019, when Jean confided that she was seriously considering closing her practice to pursue a different avenue to bring ‘healing energy’ to the world, I was bewildered. And dismayed. “Your work is beyond comparison. Please, please don’t do this,” I begged. I couldn’t bear to lose you.”
“Don’t worry, you won’t,” Jean said, enigmatically.
Initially, Jean didn’t go into detail about her future plans, simply saying, “My lease is coming due. It’s time.” I was puzzled. It wasn’t like there were no other spaces in Manhattan available.
Thereafter, whenever I visited Jean’s office, she spoke to me about something called BioGeometry, with great respect and, I noted, growing enthusiasm.
“What, exactly, is this?” I asked.
“The short answer is that it’s a way of identifying and accessing energy that has the capacity to optimize the lives of those in its range,” Jean began, piquing my interest, and still failing to calm my concerns about losing Jean as a resource.
As the months went by, my interest in BioGeometry grew. I read “Back to the Future for Mankind” and “BioGeometry BioSignatures,” both by Dr. Ibrahim Karim, BioGeometry’s founder. And in the process learned about the power of BioGeometry to improve quality of life not just within individuals’ homes, offices, and gardens even, but of entire communities. An example of this took place in Hemberg, Switzerland, where BioGeometry was applied, to good effect, to ameliorate the effects of the emf radiating from cell phone tower, the presence of which had immediate negative effects on those who lived nearby. The more I learned, the more my enthusiasm grew.
And then came covid. And with it, cautionary tales about the importance of social distancing and masking. The message was to avoid interacting with others. This seemed to preclude things like taking public transportation to medical offices; riding elevators; sitting in waiting rooms; spending any time at all with those outside one’s designated covid ‘bubble.’
And so began my BioGeometry journey, some two years in the making, as I made the decision to engage Jean to harmonize the Manhattan apartment I lived in with my husband.
The first time Jean came, she placed three-dimensional shapes in various spots, primarily behind doors and on windowsills, secured in place so that they would not inadvertently shift, especially since their exact placement was carefully calibrated according to BioGeometry measurements.
Pretty much immediately, things in my life began to shift. My daughter, living in another state but still very much part of our family and clearly in tune with its dynamics, called to say she would be moving into a new apartment, with her boyfriend. This would solve the long-term issues of roommate comings and goings. It would also be an altogether happy arrangement, since it would allow her to live with someone who cares deeply about her – and vice versa.
Still, things were not perfect. As a writer I was creatively blocked, ostensibly pandemic-related, although preceding this as well. I’ve been a hired pen, both writer and editor, for years. Writing content for others, I have collaboratively and independently crafted a wide range of genres, from white papers to bylined articles to speeches to ghostwriting books on others’ behalf; and more
This work was and is, straightforward for me to produce. In contrast, inspiration for my own creative writing was lurking in the shadows, afraid to come out. And despite trying every which way to nourish this, even writing haiku as a strategy to ‘re-open the gates,’ nothing was working.
And my husband, a television writer turned teacher, had been at a new school for the previous two years. and let’s say he wasn’t grooving to the vibe.
Several months later, Jean and her BioGeometry business partner, Nancy Torres, came to update to a higher level of harmonization. They removed some of the three-dimensional BioGeometry signature tools that Jean had initially placed on windowsills, shelves and behind doors and installed BioGeometry discs in my daughter’s bedroom and bathroom, as well as in the, dining room and living room, with each location chosen through measuring and re-measuring, climbing on ladders and up footstools, to reach the sometimes hard-to-access spots the process required.
They found a blockage in my kitchen and another in the vestibule connecting my bedroom and bathroom. These were, as it turned out, corrected, with an amazing amount of grit and finally, what appeared relative ease. There was, however, one tangled gridline spot, in my bedroom, that proved challenging to correct, even after many hours of measuring and re-measuring; testing and re-testing. The plan was for Nancy to return to address and correct this.
Nonetheless, we immediately began to experience positive effects. I ‘miraculously’ came across a video featuring the leader of a writing workshop I had attended years before. I reached out to her, discovered that the workshop was alive and well on Zoom, and immediately enrolled. I’ve been attending every week since. I’m no longer blocked, and am inspired by the high quality of work fellow participants, several of whom I know from prior years. Plus, I immediately had access to something that is one of the most joyful parts of my life.
A few months after Jean and Nancy’s visit, my husband got the frankly welcome news that his contract at his school would not be renewed. And in a matter of days, he got a new position at a new school.
And we had a beautiful visit to California to see our daughter. And returned home confident that we would soon again see her. And then, completely unexpectedly, just three weeks later, on her way home from visiting a friend in South Carolina, she decided to stop in New York to spend a weekend with us. This was truly a gift. As the parents of an only child, we are extremely devoted to her.”
Several months later, Nancy returned. This was to complete the overall harmonizing of the apartment, to check and recheck discs, as well as to deal with that recalcitrant spot in the bedroom occupied by me and my husband. Determining, through careful calibrations, that the problem originated in the common hallway the bedroom abutted, she was successful in untangling the grid lines, continuing raising the space to P3 BG3, the highest level of Biogeometry harmonization, and the results demonstrate this.
Since then, things in our household are more calm, and there have been quite a few positive developments.
My husband, who had been diagnosed with diabetes, became, uncharacteristically, 100% willing to take charge of his own health by completely changing his diet to support reversing this condition via a program recommended to him by a friend who had successfully accomplished this.
He also assumed coaching and mentoring responsibilities for an organization in which he had been diligently participating for many months. Oh, and the New York-based Welsh congregation in which he had been diligently participating for upwards of 25 years — curating cultural events, attending board meetings and, throughout the pandemic and ongoing, ensuring that services, to gifted musical accompaniment and drawing people from all over the world, continued on Zoom — resoundingly elected him president. This was quite a development, especially for someone who has a tendency to take a back seat; accepts no credit for things he almost single handedly empowers; fail to acknowledge or even realize how much he has to contribute.
And the new school at which he began working, really a network of schools across the city, state, and country, transferred him to a location to which he was able to safely bicycle along the river. Not only this, he began to receive recognition for what was seen as an extraordinary ability to teach art to young children.
Meanwhile, our chubby little elderly dog suddenly re-captured her young-girl-ish physique, to the point where neighbors commented on this, and one even asked if I had adopted a new puppy. Her distended stomach, indicative of possible liver issues, resolved.
And I’ve recently found what feels like the beginning of a solution to a non-serious but annoying health issue that has been plaguing me for years. Within a short time of following a new protocol, the symptoms are beginning to recede.

Over the summer, a lovely young lady my daughter has known since middle school, came to stay with us to more conveniently commute to her job in midtown. It was lovely to have her company. And a completely young man whose parents are family friends, is staying with us for six weeks while he completes an internship with an internationally-renowned NGO. It’s equally delightful having him here.
And our neighbor’s son and daughter-in-law, writers who teach and have come to be dear friends, will be staying with her for several months. We have made it a goal to spend time together and support one another in our creative endeavors.
And the goodness carries beyond our immediate surroundings. One set of neighbors on our floor, heretofore reserved, have become friendly. Another family, who lives down the hall and whose adult children are living with them, succeeded in selling their place and securing another, not far from where we all now live. We’ll miss them, and/but are happy for them that things worked out so well. I’ve made a connection to a couple who live on a different floor, and now have a smoother relationship with another long-time friend.
More, it feels certain, will emerge in the coming months and years. Before our home was harmonized I did not expect to feel as positive and hopeful as I now do. I’m enormously grateful to have been able to bring Jean and Nancy in to harmonize my space, and have, equally, felt encouraged by what I have learned from others whose space they have, together and independently, worked on.
